Reservation Policies

Reservations are not secure until you have spoken with a staff member and your form of payment is on file.  
   Payment is due at the time of reservation:  Weekends full payment and Weekdays 50% with balance at check in. 

Rates vary based on number of guest, day of week, holiday, festival, or special event
2 night minimum stay on select weekends.

Courtesy:  Have a wonderful time, but please be considerate to your neighbors and our next guests.  We reserve the right to remove guests behaving offensively, destructively, and  charge appropriate fees for missing/damaged items.

  • Accepted payments:  VISA, Discover, Mastercard, Cash(same day check in)                                           
  • Cancellations:  $25 fee for processing any cancellation.
  •  Notice of 14 days: full refund.
  •  Notice of 13 to 4 days: 50% refund.
  •  Notice of 3 or less days: no refund.  
  • All cancellations fully refundable (minus processing) if we fill the room.
